Requirements for application approval:
1. Application fee is $50 per adult (must pass application process) we only charge it once you passed the pre-screening.
2. Documented income of minimum $3,150 monthly
3. At least 1 year at the SAME job and or proof of 1 year income
4. No evictions within the past 7 years (we check while processing application)
5. Proof of good rental history is a bonus
