About this House

Beautiful comfy home located minutes from Fairmont Shopping Center. Deer Park School District. Convenient access to Beltway 8. House located in Bowling Green neighborhood. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Bedrooms and kitchen recently remodeled. New roof installed in 2023. Grocery store walking distance. Nice size back yard with storage shed. New fence. Automatic garage door opener.

Tenant is responsible for all utility bills, including water, gas and electricity. Tenant is responsible for yard upkeep. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your home showing, your appointment will be automatically terminated. No smoking allowed in the house, backyard/frontyard is fine.
