Three bedrooms share the second floor with a spacious master suite and two guest bedrooms with their own bath. Master bedroom has king side bed, work space (desk), TV and two large walk in closets.
Second bedroom has a queen size bed, dresser and large closet. The third bedroom had two twin beds with walk in closet. Laundry room with washer and dryer are upstairs.
 The first floor features a large living room great for parties and family hangouts. The living room has a pool out sofa, where two more guests can sleep. TV in the living room and wifi internet is included.
Kitchen is fully equipped, we have a grill and beach chairs.
The kitchen and dining room connect with a dinette area for cozy meals and room to relax after a long day. A half bath located off of the dining room is a perfect powder room for guests.
A lanai has a lake view.

Guest pays the Gran Paradiso membership transfer, all utilities are included in the rent price.

    "The EastGate neighborhood is a hidden gem. There are a number of nice, older homes on good-sized lots, with many being upgraded with every new owner or already renovated. There are also many future opportunities as you look around. It's a perfect location between historic downtown Venice on the Island, and east to I-75 and the new areas being built out there. There's a Publix a block over and Venice Avenue isn't as busy as Route 41. Even with all the growth and new development, this part of Venice remains low-key and very pleasant. The homes here are a good value for the money and worth either buying and renovating, or buying an upgraded one. One of the best areas in the city that is not on the island, and my family has been here since the early 90s."
