Electric baseboard heat in some rooms & cadet wall heaters in others. The front portion of the house was built in the 40's or 50’s and then added onto more recently by previous owners. The garage was converted into living space. There is no garage but Zillow lists it as having one.

Plenty of room for RV’s, Garden, build yourself a shop, heck you could almost run cattle on this place. You may be able to sub-divide but you would have to check with the City. The back yard is fenced all the way around. There is a contractor’s job shack type trailer siting on the north side of the property that has been used for storage and is secure.

    "Gets busy but not horrible. Buses run pretty well. Some express buses. Fair amount of stops. Connects with Eugene easily. The rush hour is usually 30 minutes unless there is an accident or other delay. But, if possible, I would take the bus. The roads are getting busier as time goes on."

    "There’s a walking/bike path that goes a few miles. Starting near shopping and bus lines it goes around parks and school, even a tennis court. Lots of grass along the way for your dog to relieve himself. Most people are decent enough to clean it up. The path ends up over near a river and a new path that runs another direction along nature area with wildlife for your dog to bark at. "
