Modern kitchenette with table for 4 and sitting area with sofa/futon bed (queen) and TV. Second bedroom has stacked single beds, desk, dresser, wardrobe. Bathrooms are walk in shower and a washer/dryer. Small patio area and two parking places. Access to pool, spa and large BBQ with prior approval and waiver of responsibility. Small garden area possible. There is no smoking ( of any kind), organic - no pesticides, no herbicides.

Owner pays electric, water, sewer and garbage - included in $2000/mo rent. Tenant pays Cable TV and Internet in their name. Preapproved pets are allowed $200 one time fee per pet. Last month's rent may be paid in 3 installments but due in full within 90 days. As noted above no smoking (of any kind) ,no pesticide or herbicide use. Renters must sign owner's rental agreement based on WA agreement with occupancy policies as addendum.

    "If you live out of town you can’t walk to the cute parks very easily. I.e I live past the train tracks up the hill and I don’t feel super safe walking to town due to no side walk"

School system needs more money for funding new infrastructure but I don’t trust local government of putting the resources there."
