Home is at the NW corner of Riverglen and Riverview Dr, it is a big yellow house, barn, paddock and pasture that extends back to CR 17. :) Please do not disturb current tenants $2800 deposit must be paid at the time of Lease signing, full monthly rent is due on move-in date, and on the first of the month throughout the tenancy. I do allow almost all house trained pets so long as they are disclosed on your Lease and cause no damage to the premises. Animal deposit required. This is a large property with plenty of room for your animals! The kitchen has a microwave, dishwasher, fridge, garbage disposal and all work well. The property is zoned for up to 4 horses. The barn has four large stalls, one is 12' x 16' birthing stall. Upstairs loft in the barn and the loft stairs/deck are excluded from the Lease. Lawn has sprinkler system and pasture is irrigated.
Room for a garden, some chickens allowed. Many 4-H projects allowed. All HOA and County/Zoning rules and laws must be followed, please make sure you know what they are and accept them before you sign Lease. :) 220 is wired to the fuse box, room for a workshop. Nice deck off MBR and large winterized hot tub that has not been used for a few years, has HDTV but I do not think it still works! :) This is a great home, nice everything, with a large yard for pets. Super nice neighborhood with great neighbors. Lots of walking, jogging, biking, riding areas including an easement by the river. Square footage is approximately 2400 sf. Updated kitchen with granite counters and cherry cabinets. Tenant pays all utilities. Rent is $2800 plus utilities.
