"I’ve lived in this neighborhood for 3 years. People greet you when you walk by. Everyone is friendly with their neighbors. Houses have been take care, this is a good place to live and raise your kids."

"I see people riding they bikes and driving golf cars, going to do groceries with bike playing basketball, going to the church etc, also we are Lgbt friendly we have preferences restaurants to go close by, biking club and a great variety of couture ."

"I have owned in Mary Knoll since 2006. I find it to be a stable consistent neighborhood. My neighbors are friendly and welcoming to this tucked away cozy area. The community cares about upkeep and the safety of others in the neighborhood. A great place to call home."

"There are some decent houses in this area, however the dumpy houses around it depreciate the value of any good houses. The lawns are not well cared for, which again depreciates the value of the neighborhood."
