Description

This home is located in a great area close to a church, schools, shopping, transportation and other amenities. It is spacious one level home with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 3 living areas and an office. It needs work but could be a showplace once it's all completed. Sales price is based on APPRAISED value; however, the owners are aware that some work is needed and are ready to negotiate. Bring your contractor and put your numbers together. Let's see if we can make a deal work. There is a second home a block down the street at 2223 S. Main that could make a good bundle deal. Sold As Is. No repairs. No termite policy provided. Seller will not turn on utilities for inspection and should be noted in offers. Please allow 48 hours for response on offers. Verify zoning and sf. Great 203K for the right buyer or perfect for investors. Check with Arkansas Historic Preservation for any tax credit information and rehab requirements.

  • Robert H. B.
"We lived in west Little Rock for nine years before moving Downtown. This is the best neighborhood in central Arkansas. It's like living in a small town surrounded by a city! We know almost all of our neighbors. It's safe and convenient. We bicycle to the River Market, the Art Center at McArthur Park, the River Trail (over twenty miles of biking/walking trails), the historic museums, and the Clinton Presidential Library/Museum. Lots of fine restaurants and fast food places. The State Capitol and Governor's Mansion remind us that we are a center of government (Federal, State, County, & Metro) and politics. "

  • Tori
"We live in this neighborhood and love it-- mostly for the charm of the older homes and friendly neighbors. Many homes are in disrepair. I'm a young woman, and I wouldn't feel safe walking my dogs after 10 pm. The nearby grocery store is pretty poor quality. The neighborhood is getting a Boulevard Bread Co.-- which adds incredible value in my gluttonous opinion. Community Bakery and Juanitas are also a few short blocks away-- but they're nothing to write home about."
