"We have lived here for 5 years. of course there are some streets that aren't the kindest, but thats in most big cities. most of the people you meet are friendly. There are so many jobs, shops, and social gathering in this city. "
  • Rosealeebarton
"it’s a great place for dogs n has a dog park that’s great and don’t forget about the lease law in fond du lac "
  • Trulia User
"Fond du lac has an increasing crime rate, I no longer feel it is safe for me or my children. However certain areas are still nice "
  • Stinger
"Short commute. Very little traffic. Roads are average and approaching being in need of repair. Only Johnson Street tends to get backed up during the morning and evening school and work hours."
  • Nfdl.snowman

  • Faith t.
"There are a lot of dogs so there a lot of barking but my dogs could run away and get hit by a car if they’re no on leashes"
  • Nadji C.
"Less crime than most areas. The park is nice. Shopping is pretty much in two areas which is nice. I feel safe here. I feel it’s a good place for kids to grow up. The UBMS program for kids is amazing!"
  • Ceiring
"We’ve lived in our neighborhood for 15yrs and have loved every minute. It’s an old fashioned - yes you can borrow a cup of sugar neighborhood. People are always outdoors, friendly, helpful and willing to stop whatever they’re doing to talk. Most yards are extremely well kept. Dog walkers are conscious of pet etiquette. There is a really nice mix of people. Ages have run from newborn to newlywed, college, career, retired and even 103 yrs old. It’s a really nice place to come home to. "
  • Makayla S.
"I’ve lived here since I was 4 and I’ve always loved it. Small town with lots of parks for my son to go to and a bike trail for hikes and biking. Traffic usually isn’t heavy unless school just got out. "
  • freismuth33

  • bundalie
"Near STEM academy and walking distance to a few parks...nice quiet neighborhood."
