Spacious loft style 2 bedroom/2bath partially furnished second floor (pictures show included furniture) condo located in Surfside Beach. All appliances have been replaced in the last 8 years -- microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and washer/dryer.

UNIT AVAILABLE February 1st... Rent includes cable TV, water, wi-fi and trash pick up. Tenant pays electric.

Condo is currently vacant and being repaired. AFTER A COMPLETED APPLICATION WITH CREDIT REPORT IS RECEIVED a showing can be arranged. Please request application via email.

Per HOA rules there are NO PETS ALLOWED for renters, so please don't ask!!

$1,100/month rent and $300/month option to purchase. Prior to move in payment of first and last month rent and $1,100 security deposit. One year lease minimum. Ask about lease and option terms. References and credit check required.

    "They seem to call the lot of a demolished house a dog park if that tells you the size ... it's not very dog friendly. they try to license dogs but nobody cares. most of the people are rude and or transplants from out of state.. the dog park is more mud pit when it rains and without bug spray in the summer good luck.
