UNIT AVAILABLE February 1st... Rent includes cable TV, water, wi-fi and trash pick up. Tenant pays electric.

Condo is currently vacant and being repaired. AFTER A COMPLETED APPLICATION WITH CREDIT REPORT IS RECEIVED a showing can be arranged. Please request application via email.

Per HOA rules there are NO PETS ALLOWED for renters, so please don't ask!!

    "They seem to call the lot of a demolished house a dog park if that tells you the size ... it's not very dog friendly. they try to license dogs but nobody cares. most of the people are rude and or transplants from out of state.. the dog park is more mud pit when it rains and without bug spray in the summer good luck.
