Location: Nestled in a charming upscale enclave of Round Rock, our 2100 sq. ft. home offers a serene retreat in the North Austin area. It is warm and inviting. Surrounded by mature trees and wildlife, including a family of deer and occasional wild turkeys, it's a quiet and safe paradise undiscovered by many.

Room Details: Renting a spacious room with a walk-in closet. Shared bathroom. Room is furnished with full bed, 2 dressers, bookcase, desk, desk chair, nightstand, lamps, and a new 50" TV. Single occupancy only.

What's Near By: Conveniently located near 35, 45, Mopac, and 620. 15 minutes to the Domain for great shopping and eateries. 30 minutes to downtown Austin for all the events held there like ACL and SXSW. 8 minutes to downtown Round Rock which has live music and restaurants. Not far from Dell Diamond. We are close to many tech companies like Dell, IBM, Apple, Amazon, and Samsung.

Amenities: Real wood flooring in the house, carpeting in the bedroom. Vaulted ceilings, crown molding, travertine in the bathroom. High end appliances, including a singing Samsung washer/dryer. A charming, peaceful backyard with a deck. All utilities are covered. Your own TV with Max, Paramount, Showtime, Hulu, Prime, and Netflix. Exclusive access to large, community swimming pool. Nearby, explore a creek and trails.

House Rules: Seeking a mature, professional, responsible, and clean tenant. No smoking, no drugs, no overnight guests, no 420, no drama, no criminal record, and no pets. I'm sorry about the pets. I like pet parents. But I have a dog named Charlie and a cat named Charlotte who prefer being the sole furry companions in the house. Monthly cleaning service, with shared responsibility for cleaning in between visits.
