Spacious townhome in a small community located just 2 minutes from Canyon Park shopping center, 5 minutes from I-405, and 10 minutes from I-5. Our 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom townhome has extra large bedrooms, a walk-in closet in the master bedroom, a full size laundry room with washer & dryer, private entry keycode, and a private-fenced in back patio. An attached 2-car garage comes with the unit (with two additional designated parking spaces directly in front of your garage).

Unit is currently occupied and will be available to view September 8th, 2020 and available for move in September 15th, 2020. Pictures are of a unit with the same layout, however, each unit has slightly different finishes inside. Applications can be filled out online through Zillow or you may request a free application to be sent to you via email.

First month's rent and security deposit required to move in.
All utilities are separate. Utilities are not included in the rent.
Pets are allowed with a pet deposit and monthly pet fee.
No smoking inside the unit.
Tenants must park in their own designated parking spaces. (This unit has 4 designated spaces).

My only complaint is that there is an excessive amount of speeding on a main road right next to my house & I have contacted the Bothell police NUMEROUS times over the years and they do Nothing about it. I fear it will take a fatal accident before they take action. Kirkland police seem to take traffic issues more seriously. "
