"I've lived in this neighborhood for 12 years it is a great area, yes there are some thief's , you'll get that anywhere, for the most part it is quiet and quaint. I'm looking to buy a home and if I can't find one in the country I'll try my best to stick to this neighborhood. It's in walking distance to Walmart, and Southside Middle school along with the other shops around Walmart, The Greenway trail is right behind the houses on Meeker Ave. Pet Friendly, Kids are starting to come back into the neighborhood , for a while it was mainly adults. I just love living in this area. "
  • Vince W.
"Nothing. This place sucks. The neighborhood is terrible. Crime rate is growing. Drugs are bad in the area. "
  • Justin G.
"This area floods beware, sit on the back street by the river, I've seen the whole neighborhood flooded"
  • Ch9935
"People walk their dogs in this neighborhood. Many people have pets but you don’t hear dogs barking all the time. My previous dog liked to run wild if she caught the door open, my neighbors would help me catch her every time and always with a smile."
  • Ch9935
"Area is safe and quiet. I trust my neighbors. I feel no fear having packages delivered to my house, they can sit outside my front door all day and no one has ever bothered them. "
