About this House

HOME IS FULLY FURNISHED. LOOKING FOR A SHORTER TERM LEASE OF 1-6 MONTHS.

Fully furnished home in the lovely Oak Park area of downtown Santa Barbara. Great location, walking distance to Cottage hospital (and downtown as well). Fully fenced/gated with two off-street parking spots and usually some street parking. Block away from the Daily Grind, Mission Street Ice Cream (formerly McConnell's Creamery) and the Mission St. onramp to Highway 101. Walk to downtown as well.

Fully furnished home available for 1-6 month. A longer lease may be available, but monthly rates vary by season -- please inquire. All utilities and maintenance are fixed at an additional cost of $500 per month and include gas, electricity, water, garbage, high speed Internet/TV and weekly landscaping services.
