    "12500 sq ft is a minimum for a 1 house lot. Few parks, safe neighborhood, grocery stores near by, like Safeway and QFC. "

    "Dog owners would love Brier. So many streets and different patterns of long or short walks. Some dogs are even off leash during walks. At the park there is a large field for dogs to run and play ball!"
