Gorgeous, huge (1000 sq. ft.), open and light filled, one bedroom apartment with lots of storage in beautiful neighborhood near public transit, Solano Avenue and the Gourmet Grotto. 7 minute bus ride to Campus. Doors open to beautiful outdoor space. New washer and dryer in unit. Newly remodeled kitchen with new dishwasher, induction range, and refrigerator. Heated floors in kitchen. Very high ceilings. Monkey bars in living room (yep, prior owner--very nice wooden monkey bars). Fresh paint. Tile in kitchen and bathroom and bamboo floors in rest of unit. This unit does not get hot because of how it is situated on the lot.
Parking is on street, but this is never a problem in this neighborhood. You will be able to park right in front of the house.
There are two units in the large house. Landlord lives above. Two private entrances to the unit.
Utilities included, except for internet and phone, until we update electric panel; 100% electric unit.
No smoking.
Parking on street.
Pets will need to get along with our dog. Extra pet deposit
