About this House

This house is available August 1, 2025 only. Applications are only available on a tour/showing.

This is not a management-run place so it is a cool place to live. So, that means the rent is much lower than comparable places. Also, there is no application fee (its only one page long) and the rent won't get jacked-up next year. Lastly, the lease is a full 12 months...not short 4 or 5 days at the start or end, leaving you and all your stuff homeless!

This 1200 square foot, 3 bedroom "plus", one story home has a deck, full basement with a free washer and dryer furnished. All wood floors (tile in bath and kitchen), big kitchen with all appliances and a breakfast nook with bar area. You also get a "plus" room is about 8'x12' for extra room.

This home in a quiet, mellow neighborhood is about 3 blocks SE of K.U. campus and has off street parking, ceiling fans and miniblinds in all rooms. Central air and heat.

Drive by the house sometime & if interested, THEN call me to set up a time to see it. This home is occupied, so landlord must give a couple day notice for a showing/tour.
