In the main house:
Downstairs you'll find two bedrooms downstairs with en suite bath along with an open concept living, breakfast nook, dining, and kitchen. Also downstairs you'll find the laundry room (with a laundry chute from upstairs) and a half bath for guests. Upstairs you'll find four bedrooms (three of which are very large) and a jack-n-jill bath. You'll also find a full two car attached garage.

In the detached garage:
Downstairs has been finished with drywall and split into two sides - each being the size of a single car garage. The downstairs does have connections for water so it would be easy to make a kitchenette if you desire. Upstairs you'll find a large bedroom and full bathroom.

Property:
The property measures roughly 6.5 acres including a roughly one acre pond. There is a gazebo overlooking the pond that is a great place to spend lazy days relaxing in the swing. On the property, you'll also find a small animal shelter that can be used for your furry friends as well as a larger barn area with attached chicken run. These external animal shelters can be left in place or removed.

What we love about the home:
While the property is rural and comes with the benefits of land (and the freedom that comes with that), you're still only ten minutes from Wal-Mart and in a top rated school district. This home is also currently zoned to Desoto Central Schools which has been a big plus. The detached garage apartment is a great place for family to stay when they come visit. Because the property is so large, it's great to have the built in intercom system that goes into every room (including the detached garage apartment) to connect with everyone quickly. Also, if you don't want to use the garage apartment - you don't have to. With separate AC and circuit breakers, it's easy to disconnect the utilities when the apartment is not in use. Even better, the neighborhood provides a close knit community where most of the occupants have been on the street for decades. Just a short walk down the road takes you straight to the Blueberry Plantation for some fun bonding time.

Tenant is responsible for all utilities. House is on Nesbit water with a septic tank. Septic tank sprinklers are in far right pasture which is quite a distance from the home. Propane is provided by Amerigas. Pets will be considered with pet deposit. This home is being shown virtually. We are willing to conduct tours via Facetime or Zoom. In-person tours will only be conducted once a completed application has been received due to COVID. Property will be shown by current tenant. Owner does live out of town but will meet prospective tenants prior to occupancy.
