About this House

You will have one of the rooms with a shared bath. This is a four bedroom home shared with three other adult minded responsible professionals (2 males and 1 female), which are mature, fun-loving, hard working, quiet, clean, respectful and considerate of others. You will have full house privileges, which includes kitchen plus free range of all cookware, and washer and dryer use. This property is two miles from Chapman College and has easy access to the 55, 91, 57 and 22 freeways. Also, property is located less than mile from Trader Joes, Sprouts, Target, and Walmart.

Maid takes care of all common pathways for about $100 ($25 each), as needed. However, we do ask that you clean up after yourself. Wash and put your dishes away in the kitchen and personal items in the bathroom need to put away after every use.

Maturity is the key issue here. We communicate well with each other and expect the basic courtesies.

We live active lifestyles with a great vibe in the house and would like to keep it that way.

We live in a healthy, Drug/smoke and drama free environment.
Room size is 11' X 11'.

Age group is 30-40; friendly, active, youthful, and fulltime working career adults.

Utilities are included which includes; electricity, water, wi-fi, regular cable TV, gas, etc

There are cable and wireless internet hook ups in the room for your use.

I'm versed in the ability with working with the needs of Chapman students.

There is ample parking within this safe and peaceful neighborhood and a park just a few houses away.

I would prefer a call to get better acquainted and avoid spam and back and back and forth email/text.

The room is yours for $925.00 per month. A $800 security deposit + 1st month is due at move in, which is prorated based on move in date.
