My wife and I lived here for 3 years and it was a great home for us. We also have some furniture / beds we are willing to negotiate leaving with the property. No smoking or pets.

12 month lease. Renter is responsible for water, gas, electric and internet if desired (city trash is included in water bill). Lawn care is negotiable (willing to leave a lawn mower for tenant's use). Some beds and furniture willing to include. Currently rented need to plan showings in advance. No smoking. No pets.

People also run the stop sign on the Allendale Winslow entrance so you have to be super careful there, and people drive pretty fast on Allendale .
