Description
We have decided to sell our lot in the best neighborhood in the whole wide world, Juniper Ridge. 2011 N. Rutledge Dr. is a 1.02 acre lot in the middle of town, but with a country feel. At the end of the culd-a-sac, and no one will be building behind you. We have already had trees cleared (ready for a pad to be built) and the lot is ready for a brand-new home. It has access to city water, city electric and natural gas. To keep the neighborhood at its best, there are covenants. I can get you those upon request.

"Super easy. I have a 12 minute commute to my office. There is rarely any traffic. It takes me no more than 12 minutes to get there. There are multiple ways to get most locations. We like to joke about Stillwater traffic as it’s not anything you would consider actual traffic. It’s a very easy place to be a single mother because I can easily get from work to school to extracurricular activities. I highly recommend it here."

"It's a college town. It's a temporary town for a lot of people. Most of the residents are nice. There's a handful of delinquents that reside in this town, though. "
