Originally built in 1911-1912 as the Wherrett-Mize warehouse, the building was redeveloped into 20-unit loft style apartments in 2011. Bridgeview Apartments is located on the east side of downtown Atchison and within walking distance of multiple parks, grocery stores, and no less than a dozen independently owned and operated restaurants.

Bridgeview Apartments features spacious units, an elevator to all three levels, black granite countertops, cherry stained cabinets, a private parking lot, electric vehicle (EV) charging stations, and practically unlimited storage space in the basement of the building.

Rent: $1,195 / month.

Utilities: The owner pays for water and trash, tenant pays for electricity and any internet/TV providers.

Pets: Bridgeview Apartments is considered pet friendly, though we do enforce odor/noise nuisance issues.

Parking: A private parking lot for resident and guest use is available on the west side of the building. There are two Electric Vehicle (EV) charging spaces in the lot.

Storage Space: Available upon request, first come first serve.

Security/Keys/Access: All entrances to the building are secured at all times. Access is managed with electronic key fobs and a custom guest access codes.

Indoor Mail Delivery: Mail will be delivered inside the building in the primary entrance vestibule.

Laundry: Four washing machines and four dryers, two on each floor, are provided in common laundry areas.
