The house is conveniently located a little south of West Asheville close to interstate 26 and 40 as well as 1-240. You can get to West Asheville in less than 10 minutes and downtown in about 10 minutes. It's also very close to Carrier Park and Bent Creek as well as the River Arts District only being one exit away! The neighborhood is primarily families, and it's located on a quiet street.

Dogs will be considered on an individual basis with a pet fee of $200.
