There is a fenced backyard and two dedicated parking spots. The primary bedroom and bathroom are upstairs. Downstairs is the secondary bedroom and another full bath. Refrigerator, washer and dryer are included. Small dogs allowed.

Renter is responsible for city utilities, water and electricity. No smoking allowed. Two assigned open parking places, no RV's. Small dogs/cats allowed with a $300 pet deposit. Current PfISD teachers receive a discount on their deposit. Tenant selection criteria may include factors such as criminal history, credit history, current income, and rental history.
