Two story home with vinyl siding on corner lot with lots of trees and close to the grade school. Empty lot to the East goes with this property. Plenty of room to spread out in this family home. Nice kitchen with dining area, and formal dining room as well. Big living room and a family room off the kitchen, plus a spacious sun porch. One bedroom downstairs with 3/4 bath and 3 bedrooms upstairs with a full bath. Lots of storage in this house. There is a dip in the floor between the living room and dining room where it should be braced from underneath due to a fireplace being removed. Roof was replaced in 2010. There is an attic fan upstairs. Double detached garage has automatic garage doors and a nice big shop for the handyman with a stool and sink. Workshop has a wall furnace.
