WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- Please fill out an application through Zillow to apply for this rental.
- If you have been evicted in the past you need not apply.
- If you have a low credit score or something else in your background check that concerns you, please apply and include an email or note explaining your circumstances. Honesty and transparency are top values for us.
- Be prepared to prove that the rent ($1,750) is well within your income range. TIP: For it to feel affordable, rent needs to be about 30% of your income, meaning you want to be in the range of $5,833/month for this house.
