"Many young families as well as long time residents so nice mix. Quiet. Safe beautiful area close to downtown and river front"
  • James R.
"People walk their dogs all the time. There are a few that dont clean up behind their dogs. Most dogs are on leash now and no stray dogs running around. The schools are not that good. The train yard is across the main road so you can hear the horns and trains being connected together. "
  • Rosa J.

"I've lived in the area for quite a while and have to say that this neighborhood has never been so nice to live in. The surrounding areas have really been cleaned up over the last few years. We have a wonderful mix of all races and religions living peacefully in the area. Great Bike and jogging trails, parks all over the place, swimming, sports, nightlife..... I love this area!"
  • Larry r.
"Do you want to live in a place where everyone knows your name. Fulton Hill is a friendly neighborhood. All you have to do to meet people here is open your mouth and say hello. I was on a first name basis with 70% of my neighbors within 3 months of living here. This adds security and community."
