Renter maintains and keeps up property and pays all utilities. 20 acres, fully fenced, horse sheds, (7) half pasture, half-timber, abundant deer and turkey, 550 sq. ft. one bedroom, one bath rectangular cabin with covered front porch, walk-in shower, air conditioning, propane heat in main area and bathroom, metal roof, metal ceiling, nice, safe area on a paved road outside Hazlehurst, MS. city limits. Nice farms and houses on same road. Southern Pine Electric, Copiah water, weekly garbage pickup at road. Do not apply unless your credit score is at least 650 or higher with excellent credit and personal references and no criminal history. Smokehouse on property. Metal barn is 70' long and 45' long with two 12'x12' commercial roll-up doors at the front and rear and two 6 ft entrance doors. Half bath in barn.
