    "This looks like a dog friendly neighborhood since a lot of people walk their dogs or take them for a run every day. Most people clean after their dogs but some don’t. Sidewalks look clean overall. Very little barking also. It looks like most people train their dogs this way which keeps the neighborhood quiet. It’s a good neighborhood to have a dog."

The HOA fee is very low and they do a great job. It is walking distance to shopping, costco, and the medical center. Public tranportation is at the corner. There are many parks and recreational opportunities in the immediate area. The location is unbeatable. "
