Will not accommodate an R.V: maybe a small boat or pop-up camper), washer/dryer hook-ups, refrigerator, electric range and microwave oven, dishwasher. Bathroom has walk-in shower (no bathtub) with handrails. House is in a quiet neighborhood in a cul-de-sac. One dog may be considered, at landlord's discretion. (For ESA dog: You must provide Dr.'s prescription letter and certification.) No cats or other pets. Non-smoking, no vaping, no illegal drugs.
Yard maintenance and snow removal is tenant responsibility, along with electricity, gas, cable/t.v/internet services. We pay water, sewer and garbage.
We require: $1800 security deposit, gainful employment, good credit score, no felony convictions, no history of evictions. Additional $350 non-refundable pet deposit required if applicable.
1 year minimum or 18 month lease preferred.
$35 per adult non-refundable application fee for tenant screening check.
