Backyard is landscaped with direct gas connections to built-in custom fire pit and Lynx BBQ. Fruit trees installed in 2013 include 2 apple varieties, two peach varieties, apricot, cherry, nectarine and a 4-n-1 plum/pluot tree. Large veggie beds with a separate automatic drip system are perfect to take advantage of the Paso sun to grow those tomatoes!

    "No dogs are allowed in the park except your dog. If it's your dog, it's fine. They should be kept on leash if necessary and always closely watched and cleaned up after them. Pro Tips: if your dog is not comfortable around children or other dogs,keep them on leash. The signs really say no dogs but it's not enforced and everyone clearly likes it that way."
