There are 2 houses on the property and this is the smaller house that sits behind the bigger house. House has a shared driveway, garage, and yard with other UNOH students. House is within walking distance of UNOH and sits back off the road with a big yard. Oven/stove and refrigerator provided. Has all new windows and a new bathtub/shower. Tenant is only responsible for electric. Yard maintenance, along with water/sewer and trash, are all included. No smoking. I do allow pets for an additional fee.The rent is 775 a month. Deposit will be same as first months rent, must have first and last months rent, along with deposit up front before moving in. I charge a $30 non-refundable fee for applications in order to run credit and background checks. House is Pet friendly, but I do charge extra for pets depending on what you have.     "My husband & i have lived here 4 years. We've had very little problems. The house is great. Most of our neighbors are social. They have looked out for us since we've lived here. The only problems are: we have no stores that are really close for those who have to walk or ride a bus. Although, we do have a nice carry out on Vine St. & Saint Johns. Also, there's a gas station close on Saint Johns that's convienant. There are 3 close schools. I feel safe in letting my grand kid play in the yard. Our neighborhood is safe & friendly. We can have cook outs & lots of fun. We sit by the fire at night in the summer & listen to music. Won't you be my neighbor?"
