    "Itā€™s shocking seeing rent become so high in certain neighborhoods in Jacksonville. I have never in a million years thought Iā€™d see duplexes in New River going for $1100! And Town Center apartments being over $1300 a month! That is ridiculous. Rentals in that area were between 550-700. That is so sad."

    "Itā€™s mind blowing to see Jacksonvilleā€™s rent prices skyrocket. Duplexes surrounding the New River neighborhood use to be 595-700 a month and now they are in the high 900ā€™s and 1,000ā€™s. That is so sad. I never thought Iā€™d see the day where rentals on Starling St and York St and other streets are 1000-1200. That is RIDICULOUS for that area."

    "I'm not aware of community events besides Halloween but the people are friendly and there is a few schools very close to the actual neighborhood. I have never had any issues living here and it has been a very safe environment so far from the time that I have lived here. I am very happy with everything except the roads which are bumpy and some potholes. These items get taken care of throughout the year."
