"I've raised my 15yr old daughter in this home. I no longer live here but visit my mother often. When I lived here it was a Great neighborhood. It's actually not that bad, there are just a few unneighborly people 😬 living in the area. They come & go, but most people living here have been here @ least 10yrs. Which is Great 😀, like a family on our block. Kids went to school together, and still have a close relationship with the neighbors till this day!!! 😁💖🏘️"

"I’ve lived in my home for 20 years, and put two sons through school here. Many very positive changes have taken place in that time. Expanded roads, beautiful homes built where dilapidated ones once stood, new schools built, new businesses opened to service the community. "

"Every fast food place, pharmacy, grocery store, & gas stations are close by, Pacific Avenue is very popular and has a heavy flow of traffic"

"everyone is friendly, we have alot of parks, small events like fairs, parades etc., neighbors help out when it snows clearing sidewalks driveways for the ones that can't. we have neighborhood watch."

"Its pretty easy to get around. Food and coffee is close by. So are the schools. I’ve lived in the area for over 25 years. Overall it’s a good community. The district needs to pass bonds to keep up with the people moving into the area but other than that I’ve enjoyed my time here "
