"We've lived in this neighborhood since 1989. It's family and pet friendly. People walk freely and feel safe. It's peaceful, just off the beaten track, yet close enough to amenities. Elliot's Lake brings in wildlife to enjoy. I have coffee with a heron most mornings in the summer. We are looking for a one level house, but this neighborhood and our neighbors here will be greatly missed. "
  • Daniel.d.gregory
"Neighbor is close to schools and shopping. Public transit is available three blocks away; however, most residents drive to work and stores."
  • Phyllis C.
"I moved into this neighborhood a year ago, and I have liked its proximity to parks, stores and restaurants. "
  • Huggablemom3x
"the neighborhood is safe for kids to play. Our neighbors are very friendly. The houses are good layout with a larger yard for our dog! The neighborhood is great to raise a family in with awesome schools. "
  • Kloomis56
"Annual neighborhood yard sale. Nothing else comes to mind. We do have sidewalks on both sides and roads are well lit with street lights. Not any events other than the yard sale. We use to have an annual Easter egg hunt and picnic but don’t anymore. "
  • Bl.duncan1955
"I've lived in the area for a short time., but in that time I have found the area to be friendly, fairly easy to get around in, and pretty well laid out."
  • Troy.grimes
"I’ve lived in this neighborhood 20 years and raised 4 kids. We would recommend this area for people with kids and pets. There are three schools within walking distance. There are also restaurants, Walmart, Home Depot, hospitals and more. "
  • Troy.grimes

"Creekstone neighborhood events are put on by HOA Board & members... Wonderful for families with small children!"
  • Davidronaldalto
"Most people walk their dogs on a leash. Friendly neighbors and our HOA is great. No more than 2 dogs per home in Creekstone "
  • Xi G.
"Watch your kids, and know where they are, who they're with, and what they doing. It's very important here. It's a great place to grow up but it's still small enough to seem harmless yet big enough to have every temptation imaginable absolutely available to our youth. "
  • Marble819
"It is close to everything, shopping, highways, parks, restaurants. There is a variety of builders in this established neighborhood "
  • Marinemom64
"This is a dog friendly neighborhood but please pick up your dog’s poop! What I don’t like is the 1-2 dogs that bark a lot during the day."
  • Spmckeever h. c.
"Pretty easy to most locations. The only commute in the Tri-Cities that is a pain is the trek to and from the Hanford area for work. "
  • D p.
"We share fresh fruits and vegetables. We say hello to each or wave when we drive by. We haven't had a block yet but would love to have block yard sale. "
  • Marinemom64
"Easy commute. Travel less than 3 miles to work. People who work at Hanford have a much longer commute."
  • Xi G.
"There's a lot of opportunity for trouble. Watch your kids. Know what they're up to at all times. It's the only way to know for sure that they're staying out of trouble. "
  • Spmckeever h. c.
"There are a number of new schools in Kennewick, so you may be subject to a lot of new teachers that have moved to the area as well. "
  • Barrowdeb
"Lived here for 17 years in this home. 24 years total. Great choice to move here and raise our 4 children to adulthood. "
