Located in beautiful Lake Arrowhead, there are many amenities available with this gated rental. Golf, clubhouse with restaurant, walking/hiking trails, pools, tennis and pickleball, lake access for swimming/kayaking, etc. The community is friendly and welcoming. The owner pays POA fee, garbage, and lawn care.
 The house is on a cul de sac in the middle of LA and has both a rocking chair front porch and an extensive deck in the back for relaxing or entertaining.

    "We moved here in January and the area is pet friendly so long as you leash your pet which is what good neighbors do. As far as kid friendly, yes it is so long as your children behave and dont destroy property. There has been some vandalism by kids and as far as I'm concerned if they made it a 55 and over community I would be fine with that. It is a beautiful area with wonderful ammenities."

    "Good for the elderly, has many walking trails and a pool, the mailboxes are a couple of miles down the road, however families are NOT WELCOME and dogs MUST be kept on leashes at ALL times, there have also been complaints about cats running free in the neighborhood, animal control has been called by the neighbors on multiple occasions."
