-Garage door entry from Alley and exiting
Door to Door Yard required to keep closed at all times after each use.
-Please notify Owner if the Light in Alley, Garage Door Court & Front Main Gate light goes off. (This is for the security of all Tenants).

(There will be of plenty of parking in the street for additional vehicles.)

-Please Note: Tenant is responsible to notify owners in timely matter of any repairs that are required in their apartment.

-Tenants pay for all utilities.
-(Owner pays for water and trash.)

-Owner is responsible for the first
 Plumbing job on the Apartment.

-Tenant is responsible for any additional
Plumbing work required for the
Apartment.

- Tenants are responsible to throw away
 their Trash in a Trash Bin in the alley.

- Please Note: Trash bin has a lock and
must be closed after each use.

-Tenant is given a key to the trash bin
 and they are responsible to maintain the
 lock closed after each use.
-Tenant is responsible for all keys given,
for the Complex , Front Gate, Trash bin,
 Door to Garage and Apartment.

-Since this is a gated complex the door is required to be closed not slammed.
(Entering & Departing Complex)

-At all times for the security of all tenants.

- (When Visitors come to visit you will be required to open(when they arrive) and close the door when they depart.)

-Credit Check fees of $50.00 for each

    "Overrun by the homeless, theft, property destruction and homeless animals. Most neighbors keep to themselves have their windows, blinds, shutters closed and locked. Constant fire and police sirens along with fireworks and gunshots throughout the night. Most people try to take pride in their home and property but many are just renters and could care less about the property."
