CALL ME: 513-393-9892. Cozy 3 bedroom single family house with a fenced in back yard and detached garage. Comes with Stove, fridge, microwave, washer and dryer. We don't warrant the functionality of any appliances, but they are present, clean, and operable.

WE CHARGE A NON-REFUNDABLE MOVE-IN FEE OF $599 + PRORATED 1ST MONTH'S RENT.... THE MOVE IN FEE IS NOT A DEPOSIT. AFTER YOU MOVE OUT, YOU WILL NOT GET THIS BACK.

Qualifications: The total monthly household income MUST be a minimum of 3x the amount of the rent, or $2,250 per month (after taxes). You must not have any recent evictions on your record. Dogs approved for only the most qualified applicant.

Minimum 1 year Lease. We charge a non-refundable move in fee of $599 (not a deposit).
