  • Simona.habib
"Farmers market in the park and basically anything on 7th thats usually happens for every holiday. Lots of restaurants and bars to explore. "
  • Alex T.
"I don’t work your typical 9-5 so I don’t hit much traffic. But I haven’t been in any real bad traffic even when they close some streets "
  • Dawna G.
"Nothing. Dog owners are always out walking their pooches. There are at least two puppies someone is walking at a time. "
  • Dallas S.
"They would like the fact that a lot of people have dogs here. Plus there is a lot of area to walk the dogs and most people seem to like the dogs."
  • Lruiz318
"Not many schools, parks, or kid friendly activities here. Not that it isn’t safe, it’s just not known for being a family neighborhood. But I think it’s got the potential to be that kind of place!!!! We need more family friendly neighborhoods near by. "
  • Dallas S.
"Yes there are a lot of people with dogs that walk them around the neighborhood. There are a lot of grassy areas around for pets ."
  • Tonyfsu
"The history and architecture make it so unique. It’s also walkable and easy to get around. Tons of restaurants and bars. "
  • Matt K.
"Ybor is the best neighborhood in Tampa! So much history and charm, lots of great shops, restaurants, and bars. "
  • onebucsfan_us
"Ybor gets a bad rap, yet it is the best "neighborhood" I have lived in. The key to that statement is Neighbors....it's very diverse but still a small community with lots of tourists and weekenders. The locals all get to know each other and take care of each other/ watch out for each other. Best community police force that I have ever met and they are very active in the area. My favorite community I have ever lived in around the Tampa Bay Area. Quit feeding into the news about shootings 5 years ago that has long since been disbanded."
