8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis is a great school! My son is in 5th grade and has been going there since KG and he loves going to the school always. The teachers are very nice, friendly and caring. The Principal, Mrs Kristi King has been wonderful! This school is doing an excellent job in extra curricular activities like Choir, Arts also. I would strongly recommend this school!!!Parent Review7y ago9 Reviews - Medlin Middle School

8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWe moved to NIsD from Keller ISD and werePleasantly surprised with the options and quality of education my children received. Far better than the schools they were in. Never had the concerns noted by others with lack of response to mental health issues and am surprised students in middle school are allowed to post on here.Parent Review5mo ago15 Reviews - Byron Nelson High School

8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy daughter arrived at Byron Nelson High School at fourteen, braids neatly down her back, carrying ambition and pride. She was brilliant honor roll every semester, ten honors, over 100 hours of community service, and a wrestler who pushed through injuries. She had earned five choir solos at her previous schools without asking. Here, she never requested one but she was never offered. Her voice, rich and soulful, didn’t fit the school’s preference for acoustic, polished songs. Her efforts went unnoticed. Coaches rarely supported her on the mat; teammates celebrated victories she helped secure, yet she remained at the edges. Then came the humiliation. Police officers took her from class over an incident involving her younger brother without her parents’ knowledge. Video proved her innocence, but she was pressured to sign a no-trespass agreement. Her mother’s complaints only resulted in minor policy changes.Junior night arrived. Medals were handed out. Names were called. Hers was not. Her hard work academic, athletic, and artistic was ignored. Over $30 million in scholarships went to her classmates, yet not a penny to her. Her counselor never reached out.By the time graduation came, her diploma wasn’t ready. She wouldn’t receive it for two years. She left the school a proud young Black girl, dimmed by constant disregard. She stopped performing, stopped expecting recognition, stopped believing effort guaranteed acknowledgment. They could only apologize no but greatness doesn’t need permission to exist. She may have been invisible there, but her voice, her talent, and her future remain hers, untouchable by their failures.Parent Review2mo ago26 Reviews - Check out schools near 2001 Taronga Cv.

"I don’t know? I mean the yards are decent sizes so that’s generally good for dog owners. There’s a dog park sort of near by and actual parks and trails nearby as well"

"Commute to most of north suburbs from the Alliance area on the west to parts of Irving to the east is doable. Commuting to anything east of DFW airport is a nightmare frequently enough to avoid it."

"Yes feel free to walk your dogs. Pets welcome! It’s absolutely the best neighborhood to live in. Some homes have signs not to poop in yard. Again no big deal"

"My commute is not long and traffic is not too bad. The main highways do get congested at high travel times but if you work around it you will not have a huge problem. Plan to travel around rush hour if possible. If your able to afford it I would recommend using the ez pass area on the highways, it will save you time. "

"Great schools, social events with most HOA’s, observant law enforcement who care for the community. Mother in law’s backs up to sky ranch golf course and their private parties can get pretty loud, but the police are responsive and shut them up pretty quickly. "
