"I’m just visiting the neighborhood and I felt comfortable walking around by myself no dogs barking and it was a park close by "
  • Trulia User
"The people that have been here for years make it still feel good new ones like me can make it happen even better "
  • Trulia User
"Not a lot of foot traffic and the presence of homeless camped on some of the sidewalks in the area. "
  • Kiki Gabriel
"It’s just an affordable place to live.but if you have children that are 10 or younger it’ll be ok, but if they’re in the pre teen age & older, I wouldn’t recommend it. "
  • Reneejbl
"I've been living here 11yrs. in the same neighborhood, see familiar faces, and visitors on a daily basis"
  • Kate.ham
"I can walk to Fremont Street Experience to dine at trendy restaurants and bars. It is 0.8 mile from my community. In my front yard, I can see Red Rock Canyon to the right and downtown casinos left. Very quiet neighborhood. "
  • Lunajen99
"My community has close by transportation and stores. They have a pool that any person loving here can bring family members that are not living here. They allow any type of dogs and people. Its well taken care of, no trash at all. "
  • jennyluvly
"If you like to enjoy your weekends by relaxing and sleeping in, you need not apply. Every other weekend is riddled with loud music that will play from 9 at night until 6 in the morning. The streets are in dire need of speed-bumps. Traffic is terrible do to being next door to a high school. I cannot tell you how many times I came home to a blocked driveway.. These very students contribute to the poor status of the neighborhood. They will tag on the walls and throw trash on your yard. Let me not forget the neighborhood is also full of a sexual offenders with 349 offenders registered (familywatchdog). This is not a place to raise a family and I am glad to be moving away from the loud music, sex offenders, traffic and oh stray cats and dogs!!"
