5. Applicant, or occupants, are not an illegal substance abuser, or has not been
convicted of the illegal manufacture or distribution of a controlled substance.
6. Rental application information is accurate, complete, and can be verified.
Application is submitted with the screening fee, and holding deposit. (Check or money order, NO CASH). Present tenancy verified by a paid utility bill in the applicant's name.
7. Applicant is capable of paying all deposits, fees and required rent prior to move in. ($2250 min. total, more if there are pets)
8. Previous landlords were given required notice prior to move out.
