8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWould NOT recommend this school to anyone. There’s a lot that goes on at WRMS that isn’t addressed no matter how involved a parent is to try to help their child and bullying is encouraged and not addressed by teachers or counselors so it makes the learning environment very difficult.Theres no room for growth. Children who fall behind aren’t guided to do better but instead punished and talked down to.I believe that most have just gave up here. I’ve witnessed office personnel bullying students and had to point it out myself that it was not appropriate. My child no longer attends this school thankfully and my other child will not either. Thankful for other options.Parent Review4w ago - Stoneville Elementary

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI attended Stoneville school and I'm delighted that my grand children attend the school. The teachers are all very professional and I so appreciate the hard work that each staff member gives to make SES the best in the county.Other Review12y ago - Dalton Mcmichael High

4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI don't like this school honestly but I'm forced to be here and I honestly do not like this school because it's trash everywhere I go and even outside like no one really takes care of this school. I keep getting hit by balls in gym and the exercise bikes are terrible and I'm short so I can't really do any exercise and people keep stealing my bike that I use because it's lower than the others.Student Review6mo ago - John W Dillard Academy

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school is a joke. They don't offer half of the learning techniques they so proudly brag about. There are no Academically Gifted/Advanced classes other than a simple Accelerated reading group. Unless your child learns on his/her own, that "group" is useless. They sit at a computer and take reading tests. That's it! The grading technique is so outrageously and pathetically fixed to make the school look better. The student (any student) is given average/low scores at the beginning of the year and intermediate scores at the end. When your child brings home a progress report/report card with ok/average grades, yet excels on every test, in every class on a level 3 grades HIGHER than the one they are in, makes absolutely NO sense. The people at this school do not care about the students, just the numbers on the many, MANY given monthly tests. The good teachers, the ones who really do care and offer support seem to be pushed to the side in favor of whoever is in the small-town-family/friend clique this school seems to have going on. Which brings me to the point of REAL issues. Let's hope you never have an actual problem at this school for they will either lie to your face, or sweep your issues under the rug with no real intentions of a beneficial resolution, no matter how dire the situation is. Their only concern is tainting the false reputation they have fed this small town-country-community they reside in. With only one other elementary school with even worse problems, of course New Vision looks like a shining star. There are no decent clubs and absolutely no sports teams. Also, ALL of the students are on free lunch/breakfast due to the fact that the Rockingham County's School Board is full of complete morons that couldn't run a lemonade stand efficiently, much less a county's education system. (Look into that, ha! ) SUMMARY: Find a charter school, or any other school (not Dillard) if you want your child to have a good, honest, and safe education. Sincerely -an honest parentParent Review8y ago - Rockingham County Early College Hi
