Room Description

I have a single bedroom with a shared bathroom available for rent in a three bedroom two bath home! My house is Located in Burbank CA right next to the Burbank studios and 2 blocks from Warner brothers Toluca lake is one mile away and universal city/universal city walk is less then a 7 minute drive. We have central air, a backyard and laundry on premises!
**Utilities are separate and split amongst us(Gas/ spectrum/ BWP)

I am looking for only ONE female who is clean, respectful, quiet, has steady income, NO PETS and good credit.

Credit app fee $55

I do have a 5 year old Labrador so I'm not looking for someone with other pets at this time.

There is ample street parking but u may need to purchase a parking pass for the city of Burbank for cheap

Our churches are very community oriented. Burbank has a good farmers market. Our schools are exceptional. Libraries are friendly, helpful and offer services to help people in the community "

Then only problem is being out to look late and the coyotes are around. Everyone with a small dog knows not to leave them outside and also don't take them out for late night walks."

Downtown Burbank is great and has tons of yummy restaurants. Also close to all the major studios so the entertainment and art feel about the whole area is pretty spot on! Great schools too! "
