Welcome to 200 E. Bell St! This 2br, 1 bath unit is part of a duplex that is walking Distance to the square in Historic Downtown Murfreesboro! It is located at the corner of E. Bell St and Spring St in a great location surrounded by historic homes. There is also a lot of new development in the area. It's a great spot!

This unit has 2 good sized bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a living room and kitchen. It was remodeled in 2019 and got new cabinets, bathroom vanity, toilet, flooring, windows, paint, faucets, light fixtures, ceiling fans, and more. It has central heating and air, and has insulation in the wall. So, it should be relatively efficient.

Rent is $1,400 on a 1 year lease. Will consider a lower rate for a longer term.

Dogs are not allowed. I will allow 1 cat. Qualifications are the typical stuff: Verifiable income of 2.5x the rental amount (combined for all tenants). Credit check, criminal background check, eviction history report. I do NOT care about student loans or medical bills. I do not care about credit score. I'm mostly looking for Real Estate related issues, apartment debt, etc.

Tenants responsible for Water and Electric. There is no gas.

Stove, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge are included in rent. Washer and dryer are NOT included, even if pictured.

Again, dogs are not allowed since this is a multi-family property.
