Owner pays for water, sewer, trash. Non refundable cleaning fee of $250. Pet fee 1 time non refundable per pet $100. If pet destroys anything over $100 the renter will be responsible to pay the remainder of the damage of the $100. You will be renting the main/front house of a property. There is a studio apartment attached to the main house in the back. There are two sound proof walls in between the main house and the apartment to eliminate all sound. Shared backyard. Shared driveway. Driveway is very wide and long for plenty of drivers with no issues. They is also tons of street parking. No smoking of any kind allowed on this property. The house is currently furnished; can be rented unfurnished or furnished. If rented furnished rent is $2500.
