All utilities are included, high speed Wi-Fi and streaming services. First and Last month rent is due at signing. No Smoking, Vaping in the apartment. The back area is a common space. One designated driveway space for parking, all other parking spaces are available on street. Lease cannot be extended past July 1st, 2023
