THE APARTMENT - Upon entering the apartment one's eye is immediately drawn the windows which reach wall to wall allowing for direct morning sunlight from the East spanning the entire Living Room and Dining Area for natural light all day long. The floors are excellent parquet wood and the Air Conditioning units are thru the wall allowing one to use whenever desired anytime of the year. There is an ample laundry located in the basement with commercial size machines. There is a separate dedicated storage bin for this apartment and a bike room for the common use of all owners. The building employs 24 hour doormen and a live-in superintendent. All the staff is very helpful and friendly.
KITCHEN and BATH - The Kitchen is 11 feet long and has granite counters, backsplash and floors with many storage cabinets and a separate pantry. The marble bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub and triple mirrored medicine chest.
BEDROOM - The large bedroom has a dressing area with a large wall of closets as well as two more closets in the master bedroom. There is an entire wall of windows, all facing East which allows for direct and diffused sunshine all day long.
TRANSPORTATION - For your convenience there is the crosstown bus one block away taking one to the West Side through the transverse in Central Park in a matter of minutes to Lincoln Center where the Opera, the Ballet and the Philharmonic may be enjoyed as well as a variety of Foreign and Domestic Film Theaters and many diverse types of restaurants and boutiques. The East Side Subway is 2 blocks to the East where the number 6 train runs the length of Manhattan. Additionally, the Fifth Avenue and Lexington Avenue buses run downtown and the Third Avenue Bus that goes Uptown are all just a few short blocks away. All supermarkets, drugstores, restaurants,
