This unit is "eclectic" and non traditional as reflected in the price
It is located on the 3rd floor of a 6-unit building
Great location-a block from Gloucester High, 3 blocks from the Boulevard
Distant views of Gloucester harbor
2 legitimate good size bedrooms both with views of the harbor and closet spaces
The common living room area is small consisting of about 120sqft (10x12).
The kitchen (with new granite counters and stainless sink) is cozy it has 2 lower cabinets, open shelves upper cabinets and an apartment size gas stove.
The bathroom has just had a refresh with a new stand-up shower, new vanity and new flooring.
The building is quiet and respectful.
The parking is on-street. Snow ban parking is easy with the high school a block away.
Hot water is included in the rent. Tenant pays electric (heat and lighting) and gas (cooking).
Due to the tight quarters, large couches and bureaus do not fit up the stairs. A queen size mattress does fit.
The ceiling height is decent. The wall surfaces are a little funky but certainly livable.
Just trying to give as much info as possible before people show up and waste their (and my) time with some of these things.
It is a great, affordable spot for 2 adults, or a small family or a single person needing a large home office space.
Again, it is on the third floor!

    "We have fiesta every summer, a carnival basically and a parade for the fellow Italians to rejoice, and those not Italian. We have concerts at the Fitz Hugh Lane house Thursday nights in the summer, and a lot of live entertainment. Beautiful seaside spot for good food, shops, historical landmarks, parks, beaches, etc. Much love for this town and the beauty behind it. "
