This home is located in the uptown original historic district of Columbus. This is the epicenter of activity for the community. Enjoy a short stroll to coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and many other entertainment venues. You're also just 2 blocks off the river where you can run or cycle the riverwalk or enjoy whitewater rafting. It's just a block north of Columbus Clingstones, the Atlanta Braves Class AA minor league baseball affiliate's amazing stadium.
Neighborhood is very friendly and inviting with a very diverse group of folks. I've lived here for 25 years and absolutely love it.
The house was completely rebuilt in 2019 so the historic exterior is in place however the interior is modern, the best of both worlds. The house is 1553 square feet but feels much larger due to high ceilings and open floor plan.

Tenant responsible for all utilities, possibly flexible on rent duration but not less than 6 months

    "I grew up in this area and I moved back around a yr ago. It has deteriorated over the yrs,sadly. The south side has alot of violence:shootings,drugs,break-ins and gang violence. There has been a few shootings recently in oakland park. There is a good bit of abandoned houses in the neighborhood. We definitely keep the doors locked. The schools are terrible,If we stay in the area will be hard-shipping my kids or home schooling next yr. "
